| Annual Spring Auction - June 6 |
| The annual spring and fall auctions are important fundraisers for our Society - Be sure to come early for good seats and an evening of FUN! See the Auction Information page if you're bringing something to sell - and please remember, you MUST arrive early to check-in your stuff. Don't forget to make up your cards and labels ahead of time! If you're coming to watch, come at 7:00 to sign up for your bidder number, then pre-view the plants, trees, and other bonsai items on the silent auction tables and up on stage. Place your best silent-auction bids, then find a good seat to be ready when Auctioneer Bob Hampel starts the show! 5:45-7:00 PM Sellers' check-in 7 PM Previewing of Auction Trees - Silent Auction & Vendor Sales begin 7:15 Club Announcements during pre-viewing 7:30 Regular auctioneering starts Break at halfway point (approximately 8:30) for final silent auction bids After the break & silent auction end - 2nd half of Auction starts |
